Sasha and Corey were a creative dream to serve on their wedding day. Sasha’s daring and incredible taste, not to mention remarkable beauty, made her wedding a stylist’s dream come true. Keep reading to learn more about how this dream team of vendors and myself brought Sasha’s Halloween weekend, “Salem in the Spring” wedding vibes to life.
How killer is this crocheted dress from Rue De Seine Bridal? The fringe was exquisite.
Sasha’s incredible bouquet and floral crown (complete with bird skull) were a bohemian dream, crafted by the talented Kirsten of Bear Roots Floral.
We crafted this installation with geode slices, beautiful feathers, and foraged greenery from Kirsten so that guests could dance under what I called “mother nature’s disco ball.”
For Sasha, I created a watercolor lunar calendar for the seating chart with guest’s names calligraphed on individual phases of the moon. The hand made dip-dyed table numbers coordinated with the phases of the moon as well.
Some people have doughnut walls with long johns. Feminist brides have doughnut walls with long joans.
