Spring wedding at Estate New Albany- The Details
Classic pink garden roses and spring hellebore were the focus of these spring floral designs. One of the most memorable details of the day was creating this custom floral shadowbox welcome sign for Mallory + Kyle. After we built the frame and mounted the wedding welcome sign, the Estate New Albany florist filled it with 250 garden roses in various shades. A true design challenge with a big payoff! In keeping with the garden theme, guests found their designated place on beribboned handmade paper, mounted on a garden hedge. Likewise, this stunning seating chart led guests to tables with hand-painted ceramic tiles with floral motifs serving as unique table numbers.

Mallory made a stunning bride. I loved her classic ponytail bridal updo. It was especially fun to see former brides in her wedding party, too!

A flower covered fireplace mantel with glowing candles welcomed guests into the cocktail area.
A chalkboard bar with custom florals mimicked from the bespoke stationary, served guests throughout the reception. The floral motif was carried out in every small detail. As a result, the aesthetic of the wedding felt thoughtful and cohesive rather than random design elements chosen without thought.

Late night reception fun
Finally, Mallory and Kyle treated their guests to some amazing late night fun. A Photo Booth ran all evening through the reception, while pretzels and Handel’s Ice cream showed up to dish out late night wedding snacks. Last but not least, pretty bags of popcorn were set out for guests to travel home with, or to enjoy on the dance floor. Anything to keep the party popping! Above all, it was a joy to create garden-inspired details for this sweet couple and their elegant spring wedding at Estate New Albany!
